Fish is a food I absolutely love. Whether it’s tuna, salmon, herring, or codfish, I simply can’t resist them. Having fish on my plate every day used to be my preference, but now I have made the decision to skip tuna. Why, you may wonder? It turns out that tuna is not good for our health. While eating predatory fish like tuna wasn’t much of a concern in the past, the state of our oceans has changed. Nowadays, due to pollution, it is recommended to consume tuna only occasionally or even avoid it altogether.

Considering the potential health hazards associated with consuming tuna, it is important to be cautious. While fish can still be a nutritious part of our diet, it may be wise to limit our intake of tuna due to its mercury content. By being mindful of the type and quantity of fish we consume, we can continue to enjoy the health benefits of fish while minimizing any potential risks.
